This Privacy Policy applies to the users of the IFUcare websites of Qarad BV, with registered office address at Cipalstraat 3, 2440 Geel, Belgium (“Qarad”, “we”, “us” or “our”) as well as to the users of the Freephone service to request a paper copy of a document.

As the Data Controller, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in an open and transparent manner. This applies to the activities outlined in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we will collect, handle, store and protect information about you when you use “our Website”.

    • What is the name of the manufacturer whose document was downloaded?

When subscribing to document updates the following personal information is processed after you have given your consent by voluntarily subscribing:

When requesting a (paper) copy of a document

When requesting a (paper) copy of a document available on the IFUcare website we process the following information of you:

    • Email address
    • Name
    • Profession (HCP / Patient)
    • Telephone number
    • Fax number (when requesting a copy to be send by fax)
    • Shipping details (when requesting a paper copy)
    • Country in which the product for which you request a document copy will be used
    • Language in which you would like to receive the requested copy

When subscribing to product updates

The personal information gathered is used to send you product update notifications for the products you have subscribed to.

When requesting a (paper) copy of a document

The personal information is used to be able to:

    • contact you in case additional information is needed in relation to you request;
    • send you the correct documentation in relation to:
      • the country specificity of certain documents;
      • the audience to which the documentation applies (Health care professional vs Patient);
      • the preferred language in which you would like to receive the requested document.
    • send you the copy of the requested document via a delivery method of your choice.
