Restricted access: store your public ánd confidential product documentation on one single platform
Are you struggling with your document distribution towards various target audiences (e.g. HCP’s, patients, distributors, …)? At IFUcare, we fully understand your concerns regarding the wide range of rules depending on these various document types.
To support your business, we have added a restricted access feature to our platform, turning IFUcare into a single source depository for your product documentation. You are now in full control as a manufacturer to restrict access to individual documents through a personal access account (e.g. for your distributors).
Subscription module: notify your customers in real time on digital document updates
As a MD manufacturer, you are required to inform your customers who downloaded an IFU on your website before, in case of any update (Regulation 2021/2226 Article 5 (12)).
To make your life easier, we have developed an entirely automated system to handle these notifications through the IFUcare platform. From now on, whenever you update a document on your IFUcare website, the end-users who registered for updates on the concerned product will automatically receive an email notification.
